As an introductory offer, online tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate of 10% off the normal entrance fees. Tickets purchased online are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase as opposed to being valid only for the day of purchase if bought from the ticket office.  Online tickets also allow for fast-track entrance to the Aquarium as ticket holders do not have to queue to buy tickets when they arrive at the Aquarium.  Admission tickets are not the only online purchases that can be made. Tickets for special events, and soon to be added, membership and shark dives, are also available for purchase.  The Aquarium’s website makes use of the ithawte online security system to ensure that all purchases made via the site are safe and secure.

The Two Oceans Aquarium will be hosting an evening of faBOOlous fun for the whole family at the aSCAREium on Saturday 30 October from 17:30 until 20:00.  From creepy critter corners to mad scientists in their lab, families with young children are sure to have a frightfully entertaining and fascinating evening, while encountering the fantastically fabulous creatures that call the Aquarium their home. Solemate members of the Aquarium will soon be able to renew their membership via the Aquarium website and also make payment for exclusive members’ events. Those visitors to the website who are interested in becoming a  Solemate members of the Aquarium will also be able to join and make payment online.

Diving into the depth of the Aquarium to explore the natural wonders that it holds, will very soon be as easy as breathing. By visiting the Aquarium’s website, qualified divers will be able to book and pay for their adventure dive online. All payments are made via credit card and a unique reference number ensures that even if the confirmation of payment is lost, the transaction can always be traced.

Launched in early May 2010, the Aquarium’s new website has proven to be a great hit with all.
